Shipping policy

Supply

1. Orders are usually shipped by DPD but that can vary depending on destination country

2. The seller is obliged to transfer the packaged order to the entity responsible for the delivery within 7 days of receiving the payment. The order processing time from that moment depends on method of delivery.

Execution of the contract

1. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods without defects.

2. The deadline for completing the order is indicated in the store in the basket and on the product pages.

3. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization.

4. In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer has purchased goods with a different delivery date, the order will be processed on the date appropriate for the goods with the longest deadline.
